Another career

Cannibal048 (Jessie):
If you didn't get into acting, what other career would you have persued?

Doug Bradley:

I was probably vaguely on course to be an English teacher, I suppose, before acting and my meeting Clive turned everything upside down.

If I had a choice now, I think it would be journalism (heroes: HL Mencken and Alastair Cooke) or a historian specializing in ancient history, particularly the megalithic period – the builders of Stonehenge, Avebury, Carnac etc – and paganism – you know, good old fertility religion and many-breasted goddesses, all the fun stuff before monotheism got in the way.
Psychic researcher would be fun too. I've always been fascinated by the supernatural and ghosts in particular. And, no, I've never seen one. Not knowingly, anyway.
